I really love to work on my Dell Computer now

I am a writer and am recently launching my new book. I have already scheduled the release date and was trying to complete my book by the due date. My dream was shattered when suddenly my computer stopped working normally.
I had recently bought a new the Dell Inspiron 1525 PC Notebook for my work. I had got it installed with the trial pack of Windows XP operating system. But, last week when my Windows XP broke down, I was shocked. Actually, I had to complete my project at its earliest. So I had decided to work late and opened my computer for working. But, I was shocked to see an error message on my computer screen. I had decided to install Windows XP permanently on my computer as I trusted on it and was impressed by its functionality and features. But the trial period had expired. So I tried to install the registered Windows XP os on my Dell computer. While trying to install my Windows XP, I received a Stop 0x0000000A Error. I failed to understand, why this error had occurred, as I had religiously followed the required installation steps. I didn’t found any technical issue with my Dell Inspiron either. Still, I was facing the error.
So, I decided to take help from some 24x7 online tech support company, as it was quite late and I couldn’t wait till morning for getting my problem resolved. I had found some information about a tech support company that offered 24x7 technical support for computers. I opened my computer and searched for its website. I found that iGennie Technical Services offered round the clock technical help and support for all computer technical problems and specialized in offering Windows support. I searched for the Windows XP support page and was relieved to find the Common Errors listed on the web page. The Common Errors segment showed the error code that I had encountered with my Windows XP installation. When I moved the cursor through the segment, I found that they were all hyperlinked.
Just out of curiosity, I clicked on the Stop 0x0000000A Error hyperlink and was redirected to another web page. I was happy to see that this page had some proposed solutions for this error. I went through the page and read through the whole thing. I found the complete detail about the error message and was now able to understand what it meant. Then I saw the cause for the error and found that it was caused due to an incorrect memory address used by the concerned device driver needed for the installation.
I also saw the proposed resolution part and tried to follow it on my Dell computer. I tried to use the Windows error reporting tool as was mentioned on the page. But it did not respond. So I looked for an alternative solution. I saw that they had mentioned on the page that in case the first resolution didn’t work, the customers could contact the iGennie technical support for help.
I immediately called on the toll free customer support number and was answered within seconds. I told them about my problem and got immediate help from a Windows XP tech support executive. The technician took remote control of my computer over internet and performed necessary steps for resolving the issue. My problem was resolved within 15 minutes. The technical expert not just helped me resolve my issue, but also helped me install Windows XP on my computer. I was now having a registered edition of Windows XP on my computer. They also resolved few technical issues on my Dell computer and now the computer speed had grown better than before.
Today, my book has released on time and more than my work, I would like to give thanks to iGennie for their help and support. Without their technical support services, my dream would not be fulfilled on time. And now, with their Dell support for resolving technical issues on my Dell computer, working on my Dell Inspiron notebook has become much more interesting.
